How we collect personal information

If you provide us with personal information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information and, where required, that you have informed the person about this Privacy Policy.

Tax File Numbers

We only collect, use, store and disclose an individual’s Tax File Number where permitted by taxation, personal assistance or superannuation law.

Tax File Number information will not be used as a general identifier. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When Tax File Number information is no longer required to be retained by law or for a lawful taxation or superannuation purpose, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or permanently de-identify it.

  • verify your identity and satisfy client identification requirements;
  • determine whether we can accept or continue an engagement;
  • provide accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, payroll, business advisory, SMSF, corporate compliance and related services;
  • prepare and lodge tax returns, activity statements, registrations, elections and other documents;
  • communicate and deal with the ATO, ASIC, revenue authorities and other government agencies on your behalf;
  • establish or administer companies, trusts, SMSFs and other structures;
  • process payments, issue invoices and recover outstanding amounts;
